Paalkatti ( paneer ) Beans Poriyal
Had lots of beans in the fridge. Was just debating , finally I decided to make Paalkatti beans Poriyal for lunch today. Paalkatti is nothing but our paneer. Freshly ground masala gave a unique flavour. I served this poriyal with garmagaram paranthas and thick curds. Can also serve this poriyal with sambar, rasam and plain rice .

Fry the chopped small onions on medium flame till golden. Add the chopped tomatoes. Sauté on medium flame for 3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the powdered spices. Add the boiled beans . Mix well. Drain the paalkatti and add it. Sauté on sim flame for 2 minutes. Switch off. Garnish and serve hot.
1) After adding the paalkatti, do not cook for a long time.
