You all will be wondering , oh! What is this CAG Nectar. C is carrot, A is apple and G is gooseberry. I have used the big Gooseberry variety. This juice( Nectar) is high in Iron, Manganese, Vitamin C and D. Mostly at my home I prepare this Nectar for breakfast. We have this Nectar along with our breakfast dish. Very nutritious. Do give a TRY.
Peeled and chopped carrots – 1 cup
Chopped ( de- seed , do not peel the apple ) apples – 1 cup
( I have used nice red apples )
De – seeded and chopped big gooseberry – 1
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Dry ginger powder – 3 pinches
Black salt – 1 pinch
Chilled water – 1 cup
Take a big blender jar. Add in all the above mentioned ingredients. Blend well. Serve at once.
1) Do not filter the juice.
2) As an option, you can add a pinch of black pepper powder instead of the dry ginger powder and blend.
Saffron Coco Punch
Had lots of tender coconut and tender coconut water. Quickly I decided to make this Punch. A good cooler. Very few ingredients , an awesome breakfast drink. Can make it just like that.
Tender coconut water – 6 cups
Tender coconut flesh ( chopped) – 2 cups
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Salt – 1 pinch
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Saffron – 1 big pinch
Lime juice – 1 teaspoon
Take a big blender jar. Add in all the above mentioned ingredients. Blend well. Chill and serve
1) The tender coconut has to be really tender. Only then you will get the best result. It will be a smooth drink.
2) Can also add little crushed ice to the Punch.
Vibrant colours. Why did I choose this name Dawn? The colours look like a mix of the early morning sky. I was so much reminded of the beauty of Dawn, when everything looks so so fresh and nice, the beginning of a new day. This juice just tasted perfect. I have used a combination of fruits and vegetable. Make a thick juice, it is so rejuvenating and brings new energy to the body , that sets the whole day moving well in front of you.

Peeled and finely chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 2 pinches
Black Salt – 3 pinches
Water – 1 cup
Take a big blender jar. Add all the above mentioned ingredients. Blend to a smooth juice. Serve.
Chef s Tips
1) Do not strain the juice.
2) Can also add little crushed ice to the juice.
3) Such a filling juice , which gives instant energy.
This is pure bliss. A sheer breakfast drink, simple, colourful and quite filling. This is my first post for a juice.

Tomatoes – 2 ( chopped )
Orange segments ( cleaned ) – 4
Garlic – 1 flake( chopped)
Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
Crystal salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 2 pinches
Cold water – 2 cups
Take a big blender jar. Add in all the above mentioned ingredients. Blend to a smooth purée. Do not strain. Serve.
1) Always use fresh fruits and vegetables.
2) Powdered sugar mixes well .
3) Do not make the juice very watery.
